1. Introduction

Welcome to LetsTransfer.gr (hereinafter the company). By using our website and booking services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

These terms apply to all bookings made through our website, email communication, or affiliated booking channels.

2. Services

The company provides private transportation services, including airport transfers, port transfers, sightseeing transfers and related transportation arrangements.

All services are subject to weather conditions, traffic conditions and operational limitations.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made with accurate passenger and travel information.

Prices displayed on the website are in Euro (€).

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are securely processed via third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

Once payment is completed, the customer will receive a booking confirmation via email.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.

No-shows are charged in full.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

In exceptional circumstances (extreme weather, strikes, force majeure, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel or modify services. In such cases, customers will receive either a full refund or an alternative solution where possible.

5. Delays & Waiting Time

For airport and port pickups, we monitor arrival information whenever possible.

Reasonable waiting time (up to 60 minutes) is included.

Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct pickup/drop-off details
  • Arriving on time at the agreed meeting point
  • Ensuring luggage pieces & dimensions are appropriate for the selected vehicle
  • Using seatbelts where required by law
  • We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe, abusive or inappropriate behavior.

7. Child Seats

Child or booster seats are available upon request and no charge. Customers are responsible for requesting them during booking.

8. Liability

While we make every effort to provide services on schedule, the company is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, accidents, road closures, strikes or other circumstances beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service.

We are not responsible for lost, forgotten or damaged personal belongings left in vehicles.

9. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, branding and logos, is the property of the company unless otherwise stated and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
